MyTaxFella
Our first build was inside MyTaxFella, the multi-client New Jersey tax firm our founder grew up in. It is still running there today. LATTICE built a system to streamline operations, helping staff and admin alike handle client requests more easily, from a website that captures inquiries to booking, CRM and automated follow-up.
Disclosure: MyTaxFella is owned by our founder's family, and our founder works at the firm. It is not an independent client, and its results are not a guarantee of what another business will see.
