LATTICE wasn't designed from a software wishlist. It grew out of years spent inside small businesses, seeing where customers get lost, work gets duplicated, and opportunities go unnoticed.
The Origin
A family tax firm
taught me the blueprint.
I started working part-time in my father's tax firm at a young age, front desk one day, back office the next. That firm taught me both halves of a business: the part customers see, and the part that keeps everything running.
Later, helping friends launch their own businesses, the same gaps kept appearing in every industry: disconnected tools, leads slipping through the cracks, follow-up left to memory, and no clear picture of the numbers.
So I built the system I wished every owner had.
