Application Terms

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, participation, or receipt of any services. LATTICE Management reserves the right to review applications and select businesses based on project suitability, available resources, and production requirements.

Approved services provided as part of Save My Business will be complimentary for the duration of the participant's involvement in the show.

The production and implementation period is generally expected to last approximately one to two months, although actual timelines may vary.

Complimentary services are provided during the agreed production period.

Once the participant's complimentary service period concludes, continued access to certain services, including CRM software, hosting, ongoing management, marketing services, or other recurring solutions, may require a paid subscription or service agreement.

All proposed pricing, billing frequency, service inclusions, and applicable fees will be disclosed in writing before any charges occur.

No automatic paid subscription will begin solely because the show concludes. No charges will be made without the participant's affirmative acceptance of the applicable paid agreement.

Participants may decline continued paid services.

Every project is individually assessed, developed, and tailored to the participating business.

Any optional services or subscriptions offered after the complimentary period will be quoted based on the business's needs, selected features, ongoing support requirements, and applicable third-party costs.

No fixed future price is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

Before implementation, LATTICE will explain which assets and systems are owned by the participant, which are licensed through LATTICE or third-party providers, and which require ongoing subscriptions.

Upon conclusion of the complimentary period, participants will be informed of their options for continued service, cancellation, and access to or export of their business information.

Business-owned content and data will not be conditioned on purchasing an ongoing subscription, subject to applicable legal obligations and documented technical limitations.

Save My Business is a filmed business transformation series.

Selected applicants may be invited to participate in interviews, business assessments, screen recordings, and other production activities.

Participation in filming and permission to publish identifiable business information, footage, logos, interviews, or other materials will require a separate written media release before recording or publication.

Selected participants agree to provide reasonably necessary information, feedback, and authorized access to relevant business systems.

Participants remain responsible for approving material business decisions, public-facing claims, and changes requiring their authorization.

LATTICE will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide the agreed services, but does not guarantee increased revenue, leads, search rankings, customer acquisition, or other specific business outcomes.

Some implementations may depend on third-party platforms, subscriptions, advertising accounts, domains, or other external services.

Any expenses not covered by the complimentary participation agreement must be disclosed and approved before being incurred.

Application submission constitutes acknowledgment of these application terms, not acceptance of a paid subscription or a final production agreement.

Selected businesses will receive a separate participation agreement defining the project scope, complimentary period, production permissions, responsibilities, and any applicable service limitations.
